Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deal with confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to the original state. Green Tara is also known as "the mother of all the buddhas, the essence of awakened love and compassion." Following Tara's thangka practice, we develop strong feelings of joy, happiness, and closeness.
Tara's enlightened activity has the potential to protect human beings who connect with her practice from all fears and the causes of these fears.
