The Art Of Bodhisattva, Green Tara Thangka
The Thangka art portrays Bodhisattva of compassion. The artist has painted Green Tara seated on a large lotus leaf on the water surrounded with various colored lotus and golden fish. The Thangka is picturized under the moonlight, half-covered with clouds, the birds sitting on the branch of the green tree, and Naga making an offering. Her eyes look calm and kind as she smiles softly. Her ornaments complement her overall appearance evoking the peacefulness of Boddhisattvas.

The Mother Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deal with confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to the original state.
