The statue described is of a deity, likely a Buddhist figure, sitting on a lotus seat on a throne. The deity has a serene expression and holds an utpala flower with both hands. The left hand is in the vitarka mudra position, and the right-hand makes the earth-touching mudra. The statue is made of copper, hand-carved with intricate designs, and then coated with 24K pure gold. The statue is adorned with precious gemstones on the crown, body ornaments, and robe. The statue can be used for Buddhist rituals and practices such as meditation and yoga.
