About Our Ritual Item:
Enhance your spiritual environment with the magnificent Tibetan Ritual Mandala Set, a powerful instrument for devotional meditation and sacred giving rites. This handcrafted mandala, measuring 45cm in height and 33.5cm in width, is made of copper and delicately gold-plated to symbolize everlasting Tibetan workmanship and Buddhist meaning. This mandala has historically been used to gather merits and cleanse bad karma during mandala offerings, among the most esteemed acts of generosity and devotion in Vajrayana Buddhism.
The design consists of many stacked rings with engraved symbols depicting the universe's treasures and spiritual places. The base is broad and stable, supporting the magnificent form that ends in a symbolic spire adorned with a holy circle design inlaid with turquoise stones. Each tier is embellished with flowery and auspicious designs that highlight the craftsmanship's accuracy and the spiritual importance contained in each layer. This mandala encourages abundance and provides a contemplative focus during meditation.
Introduction To Mandala :
Mandalas are typically symmetric, consisting of concentric circles and squares. The Mandala is identified by its center point, which is the residence of the resident deity. Lines are drawn from the center, intersecting to form circles and squares. The completed Mandalas have four gates representing the culmination of four virtues: compassion, kindness, sympathy, and equanimity. Other Buddhist auspicious symbols can be incorporated into the design as well.
