About Our Product
This Five Dhyani Buddha Hanging Stupa is a sacred Tibetan Buddhist artwork crafted from brass, featuring a beautifully designed hanging structure with a total height of 61 cm. The stupa measures 24 cm in height, 21.5 cm in length, and 21.5 cm in width, with a weight of 2.18 kg. Designed with intricate traditional motifs, this Buddhist hanging stupa represents spiritual awakening, inner peace, and the enlightened qualities of the Five Wisdom Buddhas.
This design shows a sacred Five Dhyani Buddha Dalucha, a traditional hanging Buddhist shrine object used as a sacred decoration and symbol of blessing. At the top, the stupa finial represents spiritual awakening, while the rounded dome represents the enlightened mind and Buddha’s teachings. Around the Dalucha are detailed Buddhist motifs and small deity figures. Shakyamuni Buddha is seated beneath a multi headed Naga canopy, representing protection, wisdom, and awakening. The Five Dhyani Buddhas represent different enlightened qualities: Vairocana symbolizes understanding, Akshobhya represents calmness and the transformation of anger, Ratnasambhava represents generosity and equality, Amitabha symbolizes compassion and awareness, and Amoghasiddhi represents fearless and successful action. The lotus seats represent purity, while the hanging chain allows the Dalucha to be displayed in a shrine, temple, meditation room, or sacred space as a symbol of protection, peace, wisdom, and enlightenment.
The Dalucha holds deep cultural and spiritual significance in Newar Buddhist and Hindu traditions, where lighting an oil lamp symbolizes offering light to deities and dispelling ignorance. Traditionally hung in temples, shrines, and monasteries, it is a sacred vessel for illumination during rituals and prayers. The intricate craftsmanship, often featuring oxidized copper or brass with ornate embellishments, showcases Nepalese metalwork's devotion and artistic excellence. Beyond its religious use, the Dalucha enhances the ambiance of meditation spaces, bringing a sense of serenity, reverence, and spiritual connection
