The magnificent Dorje Phagmo statue was hand-carved in Nepal using traditional Himalayan techniques. This piece is comprised of fine copper, which is then gilded with gold that gives it a lustrous final look. Here, in the statue, the deity can be seen standing atop a human figure with a wrathful countenance that represents the triumph of good over evil. She is carrying a trident on the arc of her left hand as she is engulfed by fiery flames.
