About Our Product:
This Divine Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is a handcrafted representation of Gautama Buddha, the enlightened teacher who shared the path of wisdom, compassion, and mindful living. Crafted with a copper body and finished with 24K gold gilding and detailed acrylic painting, this sacred sculpture highlights the Buddha’s peaceful expression, meditative posture, and traditional Buddhist artistic elements. The refined craftsmanship reflects the skill of Himalayan artisans dedicated to preserving sacred statue-making traditions.
The sculpture features carefully worked details across the Buddha’s serene face, monastic robes, lotus base, and symbolic hand gesture. The luminous gold surface enhances the graceful form, while the acrylic painting adds depth and definition to selected details, creating a balanced and elegant appearance. The compact size allows the intricate craftsmanship to remain clearly visible, making it suitable for personal altars, meditation spaces, and Buddhist art collections.
Revered as the founder of Buddhism, Shakyamuni Buddha represents enlightenment, compassion, mindfulness, and the pursuit of inner wisdom. This Shakyamuni Buddha Sculpture serves as a meaningful reminder of the Buddha’s teachings and is ideal for Buddhist practitioners, collectors, and those seeking to create a peaceful sacred environment. Its traditional Himalayan design makes it a valuable addition to meditation rooms, altars, and spiritual collections.
Introduction of Shakyamuni Buddha
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king by his royal father's wishes and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
