This Chenrezig statue, known as the Bodhisattva of Compassion, is crafted from oxidized copper and exquisitely plated in 24K gold, complemented by hand-painted acrylic colors. Standing 34 cm tall and 24.5 cm wide, it embodies divine grace and spiritual serenity. Weighing 3.49 kg, this sculpture offers a substantial and lasting presence, perfect for altars or meditation spaces.
Chenrezig's four arms embody his boundless activity for the benefit of all beings. His primary hands join in Anjali Mudra, holding a wish-fulfilling jewel that symbolizes awakened intention. The other two have a crystal mala and a lotus, representing purity and liberation. He epitomizes the ultimate virtue of empathetic care.
Introduction of Chenrezig:
Chenrezig, known as Avalokiteshvara in Sanskrit, is the Bodhisattva of Compassion, revered across all schools of Buddhism. He embodies the selfless compassion of all Buddhas and is said to manifest in various forms to aid sentient beings. His mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum, is one of the most widely recited in Tibetan Buddhism, invoking his blessings of love and kindness.

During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
