About Our Thangka :
The wooden thangka art of the Bodhisattva is dedicated to the formidable 1000 Armed Chenrezig Mantra practice. Adorned with shining jewels and patterned silk, Avalokiteshvara holds a lotus, bow, arrow, and Empowerment vase in his left hand and a crystal rosary, Dharmachakra, and offering mudra in his right hand. The first two hands are clasped with a wish-fulfilling stone resting upon his heart. The deity boasts eleven heads, each representing a calm, semi-wrathful, or wrathful trait.
