About Chenrezig:

This Chenrezig Bodhisattva Statue for Altar is made from stone dust with epoxy binder, measuring 27cm in height, 18cm in width, and weighing 1.9kg. The statue features a striking dual-tone finish—dark central figure embraced by a turquoise-style archway—giving it a powerful presence for meditation rooms, personal shrines, or spiritual spaces. Every detail of the seated form reflects the artisan’s refined skill and traditional Himalayan craftsmanship.

The design presents Chenrezig seated in a meditative pose, framed by an ornate arch decorated with flowing motifs and expressive carvings. The Bodhisattva’s four arms represent compassion and the wish to support all beings, while the calm posture conveys serenity and clarity. The detailed lotus seat and halo behind Chenrezig emphasize purity and awakened understanding. The surrounding arch, enriched with sculpted patterns and textured surfaces, adds depth and character, drawing the eye toward the central figure.

Perfect for practitioners, collectors, and home altar settings, it embodies the essence of Tibetan Buddhist symbolism. This Avalokiteshvara statue for the altar, rich in key Buddhist motifs, supports meditation, devotional practice, and mindful living, making it an inspiring addition to any sacred environment.

Introduction To The Chenrezig :

Chenrezig epitomizes the bodhisattva's determination to delay attaining Buddhahood until he has assisted every sentient being on Earth in achieving freedom from pain and the cycle of death and rebirth. His name has been translated as "the lord who observes in all directions." The practice of Chenrezig encouraged them to develop a calm and compassionate heart. Compassion is the root foundation for excelling in the Buddhist path. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching it with the bare hand can
smudge it, leaving scratches.

• Handmade items may have slight variations

• Colors may differ slightly due to natural materials and lighting

Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please Note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
