About Ritual Item :
A carefully constructed portable shrine, the Buddhist Portable Ghau Box is traditionally utilized to house holy relics, amulets, and representations of deities. This piece, which is 25 cm in height and 21 cm across the base, features elaborate repoussé work and is crafted from a copper body intricately plated in gold and silver. A shrine-shaped window with symbolic symbols surrounding it sits in the front and is ideal for holding a tiny statue or other blessing object.
With its beautifully engraved Dorje (Vajra), which represents invincible spiritual truth and enlightenment, the box's back is just as potent. This Ghau box, intended for ceremonial and decorative purposes, can be used as an altar centerpiece, a travel reliquary for protection, or a thoughtful present for Buddhists.
