Introduction to Stupa
In the Tibetan language, a Stupa, also known as 'Chorten,' is a dome-shaped building erected as a Buddhist shrine.
A Stupa represents the Buddha, topped and sitting on a lion's throne in a meditation post.
Buddha's stupa pose is a yoga posture that honors and resembles the Buddha and a stupa.
It is a wide squat with the toes pointing outward and the hands in a prayer position.
