Traditional Buddha Of Medicine Bhaishajyaguru Thangka
We have exquisitely hand-drawn the Buddha Of Medicine Bhaishajyaguru Thangka in our studio using cotton canvas and acrylic colors. We are the Kathmandu Valley artist whose artisan in making ancient thangka has passed through generations. In the Thangka, we have portrayed a deity on top of a moon disc lotus seat with a peaceful expression. He holds a vase with his left hand while he holds a medicinal herb in his right hand, making a gesture of earth touching. The vibrant halo illuminates his face. We also have used genuine 24K gold to further highlight the deity's features and as a finishing touch. You can use this thangka painting for various purposes, such as in your regular meditation, Buddhist rituals, and even home décor.

The Lapis Healing Master is one of the most honored figures in the Buddhist pantheon. The sutras in which he appears compare his pure eastern land with the western paradise of Amitabha. Recitation of his mantra, or even the mere repetition of his holy name, is sufficient to grant release from the lower realms, protection from worldly dangers, and freedom from untimely death. In one of the main sutras concerning the Medicine Buddha, Shakyamuni tells his close disciple and attendant, Ananda.
