Buddha Life Story Art beautifully portrays the remarkable journey of Shakyamuni Buddha, from his royal birth and renunciation to his enlightenment and teachings of the Dharma. In the Kathmandu Valley, where traditional Himalayan painting methods are still practiced, talented artists created this precious piece by hand. This thangka, which was painted on handmade cotton canvas, employs genuine 24K gold and vivid acrylic colors to create a complex and spiritually significant composition that highlights significant moments in the life of the Buddha. Handmade cotton canvas, a traditional medium frequently employed in Himalayan Buddhist painting, was used to produce this masterpiece.
This Buddha life story art is a detailed narrative painting depicting the complete spiritual journey of Shakyamuni Buddha, from his miraculous birth as Prince Siddhartha Gautama to his enlightenment and teachings of the Dharma. In order to preserve and convey the significant moments from Buddha's life, several scenes are grouped around the focal figure in the composition, which adheres to the traditional Tibetan Buddhist storytelling method. Shakyamuni Buddha is seen sitting inside a hallowed circular enclosure in the middle of the thangka, signifying his enlightened state and the achievement of ultimate wisdom. His royal upbringing, experiences with suffering, renunciation of worldly life, meditation under the Bodhi tree, victory over Mara's temptations, enlightenment, and his role as a teacher who shared the path of liberation are among the many scenes that surround him and depict significant moments from his life. A visual biography of Buddha's journey is created by the intricate landscape that surrounds the central Buddha, which is full of mountains, palaces, celestial realms, disciples, and significant events. Every meticulously rendered image conveys a profound lesson, illustrating the transition from a typical human existence to total awareness.

The level of craftsmanship by the artisans with Evam Ratna is truly exceptional.. The photos on the website showcase these beautiful items, but the special quality of their presence is felt when beheld directly. When I opened the carefully constructed package and encountered the ghanta, vajra,, rupa, and damaru tassels directly, I was overjoyed. I could feel the heart and care that went into their creation.

Handcrafted Traditional Bhumba | Sacred Ritual Offering Vessel
Looks and feels great 👍
Really enjoyed my experience receiving our Tonka.. We were more than happy with how ours came out! You will be too...
The Manjushri statue I purchased is of very high quality and has tremendous presence on my altar, far exceeding my expectations. It was well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Evam Ratna kept me informed throughout the process and even shared additional photos before shipping to ensure I was aware that the statue had oxidized somewhat since the pictures on the site were taken (not an issue but really appreciate the transparency). Thanks again for the beautiful statue -- I'll be a frequent visitor to the website in the future!
The statue came in excellent condition! I was worried especially since I had it consecrated before shipping (which evamratna offers for a fee if you ask!) But the statue came perfectly. Also, it was way bigger than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise, because usually the statues come smaller than I thought when initially buying them. These statues are pricy, but I recommend having at least one in your collection if you can afford it. You’re also supporting local Nepalese craftsmen, and the price I find is reasonable for most people.

Five Dhyani Buddha Mandala Wall Hanging | Sacred Art for Spiritual Inspiration.
I am truly satisfied with the purchase of this Buddhist Prayer Wheel. The beautiful embossed writing is Davanagari, the Sanskrit/Nepali alphabet also used in Tibet. The formula it reads is the classic mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum." This Prayer Wheel's unique feature is the inclusion of sacred figures that represent various aspects of spiritual life with precise meanings. The service I received was impeccable, attentive to my needs, punctual, and always very friendly. I thank Shreya for this attention. I recommend EvamRatna for the extraordinary workmanship of the items for sale. Kind Regards, Enrico Battistotti.
