About Butter Lamp:
Introducing the Brass Light Offering Butter Lamp, a wonderfully created object that will improve your meditation, rituals, and holy place. This lamp, which stands 15cm tall and 13.5cm in diameter, is made of brass and provides a bright illumination. The lamp's shape represents delivering light to dispel darkness and provide spiritual illumination. This lamp is ideal for Buddhist rituals and can also be utilized as a decorative piece in your meditation room, altar, or house to create a peaceful and serene environment.
Each Brass Light Offering Butter Lamp is meticulously handcrafted by professional artisans, guaranteeing both quality and precision. The brass construction provides a stable base with dimensions of 9.5cm, and the interior depth of 6cm is ideal for storing butter or oil for lighting. Its traditional design honors centuries-old Buddhist traditions, representing the eradication of ignorance and the achievement of knowledge. Whether used for rituals or as part of your own practice, this lamp is a wonderful tool for strengthening your connection to the holy and encouraging mindfulness.
Introduction To The Butter Lamp :
The whole process of offering a butter lamp is also a very spiritual practice. The traditional practice of preparing a butter lamp starts by washing one’s hand, wearing a mask to protect from contaminating the butter lamp through one’s breath, making the wick out of pure cotton, and cleaning the chalices with a clean piece of cloth reserved for this or fresh mosses from the trees, which was commonly used in old times. The whole process is a meditative spiritual practice, which engages a person both physically and mentally, if the person knows and practices it according to the norms.
How to set up your own Buddhist Shrine?
•Find a clean, quiet, and uncluttered spot
•Set up an altar table, and cover it with an altar cloth that calls to you

Customer Reviews

The level of craftsmanship by the artisans with Evam Ratna is truly exceptional.. The photos on the website showcase these beautiful items, but the special quality of their presence is felt when beheld directly. When I opened the carefully constructed package and encountered the ghanta, vajra,, rupa, and damaru tassels directly, I was overjoyed. I could feel the heart and care that went into their creation.

Handcrafted Traditional Bhumba | Sacred Ritual Offering Vessel
Looks and feels great 👍
Really enjoyed my experience receiving our Tonka.. We were more than happy with how ours came out! You will be too...
The Manjushri statue I purchased is of very high quality and has tremendous presence on my altar, far exceeding my expectations. It was well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Evam Ratna kept me informed throughout the process and even shared additional photos before shipping to ensure I was aware that the statue had oxidized somewhat since the pictures on the site were taken (not an issue but really appreciate the transparency). Thanks again for the beautiful statue -- I'll be a frequent visitor to the website in the future!
The statue came in excellent condition! I was worried especially since I had it consecrated before shipping (which evamratna offers for a fee if you ask!) But the statue came perfectly. Also, it was way bigger than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise, because usually the statues come smaller than I thought when initially buying them. These statues are pricy, but I recommend having at least one in your collection if you can afford it. You’re also supporting local Nepalese craftsmen, and the price I find is reasonable for most people.
Beautiful statue!
The Communication was very good, friendly and supportive. The Beautiful Buddha Statue was very good packed and arrived safely. The Buddha Statue Looks exactly as showed in the Pictures. We also received a response to our question how old the Statue is and Where It was Made.We Highly recommend EvamRatna as a relieable Company with Experience and Personal Care.

I am truly satisfied with the purchase of this Buddhist Prayer Wheel. The beautiful embossed writing is Davanagari, the Sanskrit/Nepali alphabet also used in Tibet. The formula it reads is the classic mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum." This Prayer Wheel's unique feature is the inclusion of sacred figures that represent various aspects of spiritual life with precise meanings. The service I received was impeccable, attentive to my needs, punctual, and always very friendly. I thank Shreya for this attention. I recommend EvamRatna for the extraordinary workmanship of the items for sale. Kind Regards, Enrico Battistotti.
