Tibetan Bodhisattva of Longevity Thangka | A Divine Trio Bestowing Vitality, Purification, and Peace

This beautiful Bodhisattva of Longevity Thangka is a sacred piece of art showcasing three divine trinities: White Tara, Amitayus Buddha, and Namgyalma. Each revered figure symbolizes long life, spiritual purification, and compassionate blessings. Crafted in our Enlightenment Studio, this thangka uses traditional methods and is carefully painted on cotton canvas with natural acrylic pigments and 24K gold highlights. It is created in the Karma Gadri style, a classical Tibetan art form intricately tied to the Karma Kagyu tradition.

White Tara, representing serene compassion and longevity, sits elegantly atop a lotus. She is embellished with seven eyes, which symbolize her omniscient awareness. Her right hand displays the gesture of generosity, while her left hand cradles a blossomed blue utpala, signifying purity and divine activity. To her lower right is Amitayus Buddha, known as the Buddha of Infinite Life, who holds a long-life vase (kalasha) filled with nectar and the immortal plant, sitting in meditation upon a lotus seat. He is deeply respected for bestowing vitality, eliminating barriers to spiritual growth, and extending life for the pursuit of dharma. To the lower left lies Namgyalma (Ushnisha Vijaya), a goddess embodiment of long life and purification. With her numerous arms and calm demeanor, she clutches various symbolic tools, including the wisdom sword and lotus, providing protection against untimely death and purifying karmic defilements.

Together, these three deities form a powerful longevity, making this thangka a spiritually enriching centerpiece for those seeking health, vitality, and protection. It serves as a visual representation of Buddhist wisdom and a sacred talisman, encouraging devotion, inner healing, and life-force empowerment, whether placed on a meditation altar or sacred wall art.

As per your request for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to nearby monasteries/Rinpoches from Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask that you contribute $50 to the monasteries for these blessing/consecration services.

Consecration of Thangka
At the Enlightenment Thangka, the consecration procedure entails a precisely planned set of rituals and ceremonies. As requested for consecration/ blessing, we take the thangka to respective Monasteries.
