The locket case is handcrafted from white metal by local artisans of Patan and features a colorful acrylic depiction of Amitayus at its center. Four turquoise stones are positioned at the corners of the front frame, adding vibrant blue-green accents to the silver-toned metalwork. The combination of the illustrated central panel, turquoise details, and ornate metal frame gives the pendant a distinctly traditional Himalayan character.

The front opens around a carefully presented image of Amitayus, shown seated on a lotus throne with his characteristic peaceful appearance and richly colored robes. The surrounding white metal frame is decorated with raised scrolling and ornamental patterns, while the four turquoise settings emphasize each corner of the rectangular composition. The reverse side features an extensively worked raised design with flowing floral and ornamental motifs across the surface. A small upper loop allows the locket to be suspended from a chain or cord.
