About Our Product
This elegant Amitabha Buddha of Infinite Light Statue is a finely detailed representation of one of the most revered Buddhas in Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhism. Crafted from a copper body and adorned with 24K gold plating and delicate acrylic color accents, the statue reflects the refined techniques of skilled Himalayan artisans. Its compact form allows it to be placed easily on a meditation altar, prayer space, or within a personal Buddhist art collection, where it adds a serene and contemplative presence.
Amitabha Buddha is shown seated in deep meditation with hands resting in the Dhyana mudra, gently holding an alms bowl that symbolizes spiritual nourishment and detachment from worldly attachments. His calm facial expression, monastic robes, and balanced posture convey tranquility, wisdom, and the promise of rebirth in the Pure Land. This sacred sculpture embodies the essence of Amitabha Buddha, Infinite Light Buddha, Tibetan Amitabha statue, Pure Land Buddhism, and Himalayan Buddhist art, making it a meaningful piece for practitioners, collectors, and those seeking a peaceful spiritual atmosphere.
Introduction of Amitabha Buddha
In Mahayana Buddhism, Amitabha Buddha is revered as a great savior figure who promises rebirth into his Pure Land, Sukhavati, a realm of ultimate peace and enlightenment. He is known for his limitless light and life, which illuminate the darkness of ignorance and suffering. Devotees invoke Amitabha through prayers and visualizations, seeking rebirth in his Pure Land and ultimately achieving enlightenment under his guidance. His teachings emphasize faith, dedication, and the aspiration to be reborn in the Pure Land, where one can freely practice and attain Buddhahood.
