Tibetan White Tara Healing Deity Thangka | Sita Tara | Seven Eyes Goddess
The White Tara Healing Deity is a sacred hand-painted thangka created by skilled artists in the Kathmandu Valley. This piece of art was created utilizing traditional Himalayan painting techniques on a handmade cotton canvas. Acrylic colors give the composition depth, softness, and long-lasting vitality. The radiant, sacred shine of genuine 24K gold accentuates White Tara's serene demeanor and celestial decorations. This thangka's superb artistry, dedication, and commitment are evident in every detail. The painting has a solid traditional foundation due to the handmade cotton canvas. Rich floral features, elegant shading, and a calm ambiance are produced by the acrylic colors. This thangka is perfect for meditation rooms, shrines, healing areas, and other significant spiritual décor since the 24K gold work accentuates White Tara's sacred beauty.
Tibetan Buddhism admires White Tara, also known as Sita Tara, as a symbol of compassion, wisdom, and longevity. Traditionally shown seated on a lotus, she demonstrates the purity and tranquillity achieved through compassion. White Tara is often associated with providing healing, protection, and granting long life. At the same time, her multiple-eye depictions on her palms, feet, and forehead represent her vigilance and ability to see all beings suffering so she can assist them in attaining liberation from that suffering. When invoked for practitioners’ longevity and well-being, she is thought to provide both spiritual and physical healing through her mantras. Above her, Chenrezig, Amitabha Buddha, and Guru Rinpoche are depicted, blessing the composition with compassion, enlightened wisdom, and spiritual protection. Amitabha stands for the enlightened wellspring of serenity, light, and longevity, whereas Chenrezig relates to Tara through the quality of unending compassion. The blessings of Vajrayana mastery and barrier reduction are added by Guru Rinpoche. Amitayus and Namgyalma are shown beneath White Tara, fulfilling the sacred lifelong bond.
