Buddhist Water Purification Bowl for Yoga Meditation Altar
Exceptionally handcrafted water purification bowls for your Meditation shrine. These offerings are made usually in the mornings in a set of seven bowls, also known as Yonchap.
Our water bowls with a raised stand are worked from copper and then decorated with fine filigree pattern, gold plated and semi-previous stones inlays in the colors ruby red and emerald green.
In Buddhist practices, these water offerings are commonly made in Tibetan temples, shrines, and home altars. This practice is beneficial when doing yoga, meditation, or solitary altar. You can use them for altar offerings, fill them with rice, water, saffron, flowers and fruit. However, they are not suitable for use as silverware.
