Our thangka is a handpainted Tibetan art done using traditional methods. It is a unique piece created using genuine 24K gold and natural stone colors.
Introduction to Vintage Avalokiteshvara Thangka
~ Chengrezig is a form of Avalokiteshvara which is widely used for devotional practice for the followers of Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism. His six syllabled mantra “ Om mani pad me hum” is the household mantra for all Buddhists all around the world.
This particular thangka falls under the category of Vintage 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐊𝐀𝐒 which is a Collection by 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 that consists of Deity and mandala paintings dating back to early 1980s. The collection falling in this category is one of a kind and cannot be found elsewhere.
