16 Inch Tibetan Dorje Sempa Painting | Vajrasattva Thangka | Spiritual Cleansing

This handmade Tibetan dorje sempa painting features vibrant acrylic colors and 24K gold accents on cotton canvas. The durable cotton provides a smooth, sacred surface that highlights intricate details. Bright colors vividly depict Vajrasattva’s form and energetic presence, while touches of gold emphasize his crown, jewelry, and aura, creating a soft, spiritual glow. Gold not only symbolizes sacredness but also reflects the traditional Karma Gadri style, renowned for its elegance, refined proportions, and harmonious balance.

Vajrasattva, the Bodhisattva of Purification, is highly regarded for his power to purify karma and mental impurities. Typically depicted in a tranquil meditative stance, he holds a vajra (representing a thunderbolt) in his right hand and a bell in his left, symbolizing the harmony of wisdom and compassion. In this thangka, he is seated serenely on a lotus throne, with a composed and focused expression that embodies clarity, kindness, and spiritual purity. The background reflects Buddhist teachings, highlighting his essential role in purification practices, especially in Vajrayana rituals where practitioners invoke him to eliminate negative karma. Every element and symbol in this artwork is thoughtfully crafted, rendering it a meaningful piece for devotion, meditation, and spiritual development.
