About Our Product
This Tibetan Dharma Sound Bell is a sacred ritual instrument made from copper, created for Buddhist altar practice, meditation, puja rituals, and spiritual offerings. Measuring 21 cm in height and 8.5 cm in both length and width, with a weight of 0.3 kg, this bell carries a graceful devotional presence for shrine rooms, meditation spaces, temple settings, and sacred home decor. Its form represents sound, awareness, wisdom, and the peaceful energy of Dharma practice.
The design features a wide bell base with carved patterns, beaded borders, and ornamental motifs that bring depth to the surface. The upper trident rises from the handle, symbolizing spiritual protection, the removal of obstacles, and the power to cut through ignorance. The darker bell body and warm copper handle create a striking contrast, while the carved details reflect traditional Himalayan ritual artistry.
In Buddhist practice, the sound of a ritual bell is used to invite mindfulness, clear distraction, and support sacred intention during meditation and prayer. The bell is also connected with wisdom and the realization of emptiness, reminding practitioners to listen deeply and return to inner peace. Placed on an altar or used during puja, this Dharma sound bell becomes a meaningful reminder of devotion, clarity, spiritual focus, and the path toward enlightenment.
Introduction to Bell
Bell is regarded as one of Buddhism's powerful meditational and ritual symbols. During the rituals or Vajrayana Tantric practice, Ghanta alongside dojre is used in conjunction. The Dorje is held in the right hand and the bell is in the left and is never isolated from one another. The bell represents the feminine principle as the ‘perfection of wisdom which directly perceives emptiness (shunyata). It is defined as "proclaiming the sound of nothingness," which originates from the voidness of its shape, radiates in all directions, and then dissipates back into silence or emptiness. Its hole, or mouth,' represents nothingness, while its clapper, or 'tongue,' represents the shape.
