With its intricate depictions of several deities that enhance the spiritual story of Guru Padmasambhava's life and teachings, this Thangka is a prime example of the best traditional craftsmanship. While the 24K gold not only adorns but also sanctifies the representation, emphasizing important figures like Mandarava and Yeshe Tsogyal at Guru Rinpoche's flanks, the use of acrylic colors adds long-lasting brilliance. The protector deity Ekajati stabilizes the composition at the bottom, while Samantabhadra, who symbolizes primordial Buddha nature, rules at the top. The 'Second Buddha,' Guru Padmasambhava, is credited with introducing Tantric Buddhism to Tibet. Below, Ekajati represents his duty to uphold the purity of spiritual transmissions and safeguard the Dharma. As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $50 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration services.

Consecration of Thangka Print
At the EvamRatna, the consecration procedure entails a precisely planned set of rituals and ceremonies. As requested for consecration/ blessing, we take the thangka print to respective Monasteries.
