Standing 9.8" tall with a base of 5.9" and weighing 1.39 kg, the Precious Master Guru Rinpoche Statue is made of oxidized copper and has a rich, aged appearance that enhances its spiritual presence. As the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, Guru Rinpoche also called Padmasambhava is regarded as a compassionate and wise master. Guru Rinpoche provides guidance and safety on the path to enlightenment by reflecting on the virtues of wisdom, compassion, and spiritual strength.
Padmasambhava is depicted seated on a lotus throne, holding a vajra in his right hand and a skull cup carrying the nectar of wisdom immortality in his left hand. A "khatvanga" (sacred trident) with three severed heads leans on his left shoulder, symbolizing freedom from the three principal causes of misery (kayas). His robes are wonderfully molded with exquisite decors, and his unique cap is topped with an eagle feather on top.
