The Dakini Kurukulla In Red And Gold Thangka Art
In red and gold Marthang style thangka art, the Dakini Kurukulla is portrayed within the flaming aura against a background of mountains, clouds, and rivers. The Goddess Kurukulla is the beautiful maiden in dancing mode wearing a crown of five skulls. She has a third eye and tramples on a demoness with her left foot. She wears a garland of freshly severed human heads, symbolizing the fifty vowels and consonants of the Sanskrit alphabet.

Note: Kurukulla Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio, located at Boudha Stupa.
The goddess Kurukulla is emanated from the Buddha Amitabha. Among his three female emanations, the most important is goddess Kurukulla. Her images are sporadic, but we can find paintings in abundant numbers. As much as fourteen Sadhana are devoted to this deity.She is indifferent forms, namely Sukla Kurukulla , Tarobhabhava-Kurukulla, Mayjala-Kurukulla Oddiyan-Kurukulla ,and Astabhuja-Kurukulla .

We are a team of traditionally trained Karma Gadri artists from Boudha Stupa. Our lineage comes from Venerable Master Jamyang Phuntsok. Who is from Kham, Eastern Tibet.
We are focused on bringing accurate iconographic thangka, which will be helpful to your practice.

CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.

Consecration of Thangka Print
At the EvamRatna, the consecration procedure entails a precisely planned set of rituals and ceremonies. As requested for consecration/ blessing, we take the thangka print to respective Monasteries.
