Introduction to Prajna Paramita
Prajna Paramita is a Sanskrit term that refers to the concept of "Perfection of Wisdom" in Mahayana Buddhism. It is a profound concept that focuses on the attainment of ultimate wisdom and insight, leading to the attainment of enlightenment. Prajna Paramita is one of the core teachings of Mahayana Buddhism, and it emphasizes the importance of understanding the nature of reality and the interdependence of all things. The Prajna Paramita Sutra, also known as the Heart Sutra, is one of the most well-known and revered texts in Mahayana Buddhism.
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can
smudge the face, leaving scratches.
