Maitri Vajrayogini Statue

About Our Statue :

The Maitri Vajrayogini Statue was carved using a machine in an oxidized copper body with carvings of precise iconographic detail of the Buddhist deity. The deity is depicted standing atop a moon disc lotus in a dancer-like position, his right leg is positioned atop a corpse and his right leg is outstretched, pointing towards the sky. He is also known as the 'Sky dancer.' The deity wears a garland made of human heads around her neck with a wrathful gaze looking upward. You can use this figurine for different Buddhist Rituals and meditational practices. The miniature figure of Vajrayogini will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you.

Introduction To Vajrayogini :

Vajrayogini is a generic female yidam, and while she is occasionally depicted simply as Vajrayogin, she is shown in a different form in almost two-thirds of her sadhanas. Vajravarahi and Krodikali are some of her other manifestations. Vajrayogini is a Vajrayana Buddhist meditation deity and a dakini.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
