Namgyalma, also known as Ushnishavijaya in Sanskrit, is one of the three longevity deities in Tibetan Buddhism. Her practices are believed to purify negative karma, extend life, and promote healing. Introduction to Namgyalma:

In Tibetan Buddhism, Namgyalma (Ushnishavijaya) is a deity associated with longevity, purification, and protection against untimely death. She is frequently portrayed with eight arms and three faces, each clutching an emblem representing one of her many abilities. The mantra of Namgyalma is highly esteemed for its strong cleansing properties, which are thought to dissolve hindrances to extended life and spiritual freedom. Her technique is a powerful way to overcome death itself, improve health and vigor, and cleanse negative karma.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust. 
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet. 
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
