About Our Statue :

The Kurkulla Dakini Sculpture was crafted using machines with intricate design patterns exclusively done in our studio in Nepal. The sculpture was carved using an oxidized copper body as she is depicted with four arms while she stands in a dancer-like pose, she holds a bow made out of flowers. She dances the Dakini atop the demon Rahu (the one who devours the sun). This miniature Kurkulla Statue will be a wonderful present to a practitioner like you from Nepal for your meditational practices and altar.

Introduction To Kurkulla Sattue :

Kurkulla dances seductively with her right leg raised, treading upon a vanquished human form representing outer and inner obstacles. She has four arms and holds various weapons, indicating her powers to bewitch and ensnare the hearts of men and women. With two hands, she draws a bow made of flower garlands, and she prepares to shoot a beautiful arrow whose shaft is made of flowers and whose flight is made of leaves. Her other left hand holds a lasso, and her right-hand holds a flower goad. They also symbolize her ability to favorably influence and incline the minds of others to aid and protect her followers.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.

Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
