Hand-painted Himalayan Deity 1000 Armed Chenrezig Thangka | Infinite Compassion with Amitabha Buddha, Manjushri, and Vajrapani
The Himalayan deity 1000-armed Chenrezig thangka is hand-painted with exceptional workmanship on premium cotton canvas using vibrant acrylic colors and 24K gold accents. The heavenly essence of Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, is captured by the classic Karma Gadri technique, which highlights the fine details and vibrant colors. This thangka is a sacred object that symbolizes unlimited compassion and acts as a reminder of the unending kindness and love that transcend every living being.
Chenrezig, the personification of compassion, is shown with 1000 arms to represent his capacity to reach out and assist innumerable beings in need. Amitabha Buddha, a major character in Mahayana Buddhism and a symbol of boundless light and wisdom. Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of knowledge, and Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva of strength and defense, stand next to Chenrezig. Chenrezig's compassion comes from Amitabha Buddha, Manjushri provides wisdom and insight, and Vajrapani provides strength to take on challenges. When combined, they create a harmonic blend of power, wisdom, and compassion—all of which are necessary for achieving enlightenment. This thangka shows 1000-armed Chenrezig surrounded by a dazzling halo and emanating a great deal of compassion. His multiple arms are filled with symbolic objects, each of which stands for his readiness to help sentient individuals. Below him are Vajrapani with the vajra and Manjushri with his sword of wisdom. Amitabha Buddha is seated above 1000-armed Chenrezig. This beautiful thangka will infuse your room with compassion, knowledge, and tranquility.
