About Our Statue
This magnificent Green Tara copper statue is 14.5 cm tall and 12.5 cm wide, made of copper with a gold-plated finish. She is in the exquisite royal ease stance (lalitasana) atop a double-lotus pedestal, exuding elegance and peace. The figure weighs 0.948 kg and is significant on any altar or exhibition. Meticulous details, such as the beautifully draped robes and intricate jewelry, emphasize outstanding Tibetan metalworking methods and make this item stand out as a focal point in spiritual décor.
Green Tara is a compassionate deity who offers swift protection and support to those in need. Her right leg is extended forward, symbolizing her readiness to take immediate action to help sentient beings. Green represents vitality, renewal, and a deep connection to nature. Seated gracefully on a lotus, she embodies purity and spiritual growth, with lotuses in both hands reinforcing this symbolism. Green Tara performs the Varada Mudra with her right hand, the gesture of generosity, fulfilling the wishes of her devotees. Her left hand forms the Three Jewel Mudra, symbolizing the Buddha, the Dharma (teachings), and the Sangha (spiritual community).
Displaying this Gold-Plated Copper Green Tara statue in your meditation area or altar encourages her healing energy to guide you towards inner calm, spiritual progress, and fearless loving-kindness.
Introduction To The Green Tara:
Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deals with confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to our original state. She helps you release hope for a particular outcome and regain your energy, generating inner peace and clarity. She is believed to be incarnate in every pious woman. Green is connected to the five elements of wood. Wood inspires rejuvenation, compassion, flexibility, and growth.
She is considered a protector who comes to our aid to relieve us of our physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering.
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching the face with the bare hand can
smudge the face, leaving scratches.
