About Our Statue :
This Precious Guru Rinpoche Tantric Teacher Statue, also known as Padmasambhava, measures 11”/28cm in height and 5.9”/15cm at the base and weighs 1.19 kg. Made from copper with 24K gold gilding and detailed gold and acrylic paintings, this finely crafted piece captures the spiritual presence of the Tantric master. Expertly created by skilled Nepali artisans, it offers a meaningful addition to altars, meditation spaces, or personal spiritual collections.
Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava and revered as the Second Buddha, played a key role in the spread of Vajrayana Buddhism. In his left hand, he holds a kapala—a skull cup with the vase of immortality—symbolizing spiritual richness and victory over death. His right hand holds a vajra, representing firm wisdom and clear understanding. Resting on his shoulder is a khatvanga trident, a tantric symbol of mastery over the three realms of existence. This trident also stands for the Three Kayas: Dharmakaya (ultimate reality), Sambhogakaya (blissful form for advanced practitioners), and Nirmanakaya (his form to help others). Wearing a lotus crown with a feather, Guru Rinpoche shines with profound wisdom, sitting calmly in a posture that unites stillness with compassionate action.
Introduction To Guru Rinpoche :
Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, miraculously appeared at the age of eight from a blooming lotus in Lake Dhanakosha, fulfilling a prophecy of Shakyamuni Buddha. Not born from a womb, he manifested spontaneously, radiating profound wisdom and compassion. His arrival marked the dawn of Vajrayana Buddhism, and he became known as the Second Buddha, transforming obstacles and guiding beings toward enlightenment. Among his significant achievements, Guru Rinpoche is credited with subduing powerful demons and spiritual barriers that hindered the spread of Buddhism. He established the first monastery in Tibet, Samye, and initiated the practice of Vajrayana, bringing advanced tantric teachings to the region. His wisdom and guidance laid the foundation for the flourishing of Tibetan Buddhism, and he is revered as a master who harmonized the teachings of tantra, mantra, and meditation. Guru Rinpoche's legacy inspires millions, and his profound impact on Tibetan spiritual life remains unmatched.
How do take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is utterly free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
