Traditionally Hand-Carved Green Tara Bodhisattva Statue for Meditation and Ritual
We created this stunning gold statue of Green Tara Bodhisattva in our studio using a traditional Himalayan carving technique passed down from generation to generation from Nepal. Here, Green Tara is depicted seated atop a moon disc lotus flower with compassion and serenity as she performs the 'Vitraka Mudra,' a symbol of transmission of the Buddha's teaching with her right hand as she holds a flower of Utpala. With her left hand, she is performing the 'Varada Mudra,' a gesture of charity and compassion, holding a flower of Utpala as well.
It is a perfect souvenir for any devotee like yourself, can be used for Buddhist rituals, and is an excellent addition to your Altar.
