White Goddess Tara, the compassionate protector of sentient beings and revered mother of the Buddhas. White Tara is honored in Tibetan Buddhism for her swift responsiveness to the suffering of all beings, offering protection from fear and removing obstacles on the path to enlightenment. Through her boundless compassion, she provides peace, healing, and spiritual guidance.
White Tara, a symbol of purity and enlightenment, is seated on a lotus seat, adorned with flowing robes and traditional jewels. Her seven eyes represent her omniscient vision and ability to protect sentient beings. Her right hand extends in varada mudra, granting blessings, while her left hand holds a lotus flower, symbolizing purity and spiritual awakening.
