Introduction To Ganesha :
Ganesha, also spelled Ganesh, also called Ganapati, elephant-headed Hindu god. Although he is known by many other attributes, Ganesha's elephant head makes him particularly easy to identify. Ganesha is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles and more generally as Lord of Beginnings and Lord of Obstacles, patron of arts and sciences, and the deva of intellect and wisdom.
Ganesha or Ganesh is the elephant-headed god in Hinduism. He is the son of Shiva and Parvati. Ganesh is a very popular god in Hinduism, and was one of the most worshipped. Hindu tradition states that Ganesha is a god of wisdom, success and good luck. He is also the giver of different types of favors.
