About Our Ritual Item
A classic item for Tibetan Buddhist ceremonies and meditation methods, this exquisite Elegant Silver Serkyem Offering Set is carefully created by hand from pure silver. This sacred object, 11 cm tall and 9.5 cm wide, is commonly utilized in pujas to present liquids to the gods, like liquid or tea, signifying thanks, abundance, and dedication. It is the ideal addition to your spiritual altar or meditation area due to the exquisite engravings and polished silver finish, which exude elegance.
This artifact, which weighs only 0.158 kg and has a two-tiered structure, is carefully crafted to offer balance and aesthetic appeal. This Serkyem offering set adds a sense of mindfulness and purity to any ritual or decor setting, whether it is used for personal spiritual practices or as a thoughtful present for a loved one. It is the ideal mix of dedication, workmanship, and tradition.
Introduction to Serkyem
The Serkyem, also known as Golden Drink, is part of the Dharma Protector's practice. In Tibetan, Ser means "golden," and Kyem means "beverage."
It is offered by pouring the beverage into a cup-like wine glass and placing it into a lower bowl. The drink is poured into the cup during the offering, where the liquid overflows into the lower bowl. The symbol of the overflowing liquid is highly auspicious because it represents an abundant flow of merits.
