About Our Statue

The Buddha Dakini Statue Set was crafted with the use of machines exclusively in our studio in Katmandu. The set of the Dakini was carved with an oxidized copper body with intricate design patterns of the statue. The set includes the five Buddhist Dakini Dorje Phagmo, Simhamukha, Kurkulla and Vajrayogini,Maitri Kacho. The figures have been carved with similar form factors and designs that can only be differentiated by the posture and different religious items they hold in each hand. You can use this miniature figurine set for different Buddhist Rituals and meditational practices and will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you.

Introduction to Statue

Kurkulla dances seductively with her right leg raised, treading upon a vanquished human form that represents obstacles, both outer and inner. She has four arms and holds various weapons, indicating her powers to bewitch and ensnare the hearts of men and women. With two hands, she draws a bow made of flower garlands, and she prepares to shoot a beautiful arrow whose shaft is made of flowers and whose flight is made of leaves. Her other left hand holds a lasso and her right hand holds a flower goad. They also symbolize her ability to favorably influence and incline the minds of others to aid and protect her followers.

Vajrayogini is a generic female yidam, and while she is occasionally depicted simply as Vajrayogin, she is shown in a different form in almost two-thirds of her sadhanas. Vajravarahi and Krodikali are some of her other manifestations. Vajrayogini is a Vajrayana Buddhist meditation deity and a dakini.

Dorje Phagmo's incarnation line has maintained her position and increased her power to help others through a combination of deft political maneuvering, captivating presence, and miraculous feats. As a result, the bearers of this incarnation line have been able to maintain their legacy and spread Buddhist teachings.

Simhaukha she is said to be a wisdom Dakini, a wisdom bestowing female, a great victorious mother, a female who delights in the highest knowledge,” and an “enlightened being whose nature is primordial wisdom and ultimate reality. Because her mind is completely purified, every experience arising in her mental stream has the quintessential taste of supernal joy, and she enjoys a continuous flow of spontaneously arising supreme bliss. Her bliss is spontaneous because it is not dependent on external objects, it is supreme because it can never be diminished or destroyed. The primordial nature of the mind is an intrinsic quality of being that naturally arises when all the attachments that cause suffering have been severed.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
