The statue's distinctive design patterns are masterfully etched into its oxidized copper body. The deity is depicted with a contented expression while seated on a moon-shaped lotus seat. He has a myrobalan plant just above the ground in his right hand and an alms bowl in his left hand. We hand-carved elaborate design patterns into the robe with a hammer and chisels.
