About Our Statue:

This Silver Plated Stupa for Altar is a finely crafted Himalayan shrine piece that embodies the sacred symbolism of Buddhist enlightenment. Made with a copper body and finished with bright silver plating, the stupa reflects purity, clarity, and spiritual ascension. It features an elegant tiered base, carved panels, and carefully shaped architectural elements that honor traditional Tibetan craftsmanship.

Detailed motifs frame the central relic chamber and include an image of a seated deity, symbolizing blessings, protection, and inner awakening. The smooth finial rising above the dome represents the stages of realization on the path to liberation. Delicate acrylic color accents highlight the ornamental flourishes, giving depth and dimension to its sacred form.

Ideal for personal altars, meditation rooms, and spiritual interiors, this Silver Plated Stupa for Altar brings a sense of peace and reverence to any environment. It stands as a meaningful representation of devotion and serves as a reminder of wisdom, compassion, and the continuity of awakened energy.

Introduction To Stupa :

Before Buddhism, great teachers were buried in mounds. Some were cremated, but sometimes they were buried in a seated, meditative position. The mound of earth covered them up. Thus, the domed shape of the stupa came to represent a person seated in meditation, much as the Buddha was when he achieved Enlightenment and knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The base of the stupa represents his crossed legs as he sat in a meditative pose. The middle portion is the Buddha’s body, and the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the apex surrounded by a small fence, represents his head. Before images of the human Buddha were created, reliefs often depicted practitioners demonstrating devotion to a stupa.
