About Our Statue:

This magnificent copper Dorje Legpa statue is 9.5 cm tall and weighs 3.62kg. It depicts the ferocious Tibetan deity riding a mighty snow lion. Dorje Legpa expresses enlightened beings' intense compassion while embodying spiritual force and protection. The snow lion denotes youthful energy and power over primeval energies, emphasizing the deity's capacity to conquer challenges on the spiritual path.

Dorje Lekpa, also known as Vajra Sadhu, is a wrathful Dharmapala, revered for dispelling obstacles and safeguarding spiritual practitioners. In Buddhist tradition, the flames surrounding Dorje Legpa represent purification and transformation, as well as the eradication of ignorance and negativity. The deity's controlling and enraged visage demonstrates dedicated protection for practitioners and promotes spiritual progress.

Displaying this statue will bring purity, courage, and spiritual power into your holy place. The Dorje Legpa statue, ideal for meditation rooms, altars, or as a meaningful gift, inspires practitioners to accept hardships and advance on their path with passionate compassion and unshakable determination.

Introduction To Dorje Legpa

Dorje Legpa (also known as Dorje Lekpa or Vajra Sadhu) is an important figure in Tibetan Buddhism, particularly in the Nyingma and sometimes Kagyu schools. He is one of the Eight Dharmapala (Dharma Protectors), powerful guardian deities charged with protecting Buddhist teachings and practitioners. Dorje (Vajra in Sanskrit) is a symbol of indestructibility and force. Legpa/Lekpa means "skillful" or "good," hence his name might be translated as "Skillful Vajra" or "Indestructible One Who Acts Well."

How do take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can
smudge the face, leaving scratches.
