About Our Product

This Buddhist Ritual Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is  handcrafted from an oxidized copper body, beautifully finished with 24K gold plating and acrylic color, creating a peaceful Buddhist altar statue for meditation, prayer, and shrine display. Measuring 21cm in height, 14cm in length, and 10.5cm in width, and weighing 1.2kg, this finely crafted statue is ideal for home altars, temples, or sacred spaces. Its calm seated form, detailed craftsmanship, and radiant finish bring a serene and sacred presence to any spiritual environment.

Shakyamuni Buddha is seated in the vajra posture on a lotus base, symbolizing purity, stability, and spiritual awakening. His right hand touches the earth in the earth-touching gesture, representing the moment he attained enlightenment. His left hand rests in his lap holding an alms bowl, symbolizing simplicity, mindfulness, and a life free from attachment. His peaceful expression, curled hair, and long ears are traditional features that represent wisdom, compassion, and his journey toward enlightenment.

This Shakyamuni Buddha statue is a meaningful support for meditation, prayer, and daily spiritual practice. It can be placed on a home altar, shrine, or meditation space to create a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The statue serves as a reminder of the Buddha’s teachings on wisdom, compassion, and inner peace. It is both a sacred spiritual object and a beautiful decorative piece for any Buddhist space.

Introduction of Shakyamuni Buddha

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain. He abandoned his palace life, giving up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-denial, and intense concentration, he achieved his aim, attaining nirvana (becoming a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
