About Our Statue :

Standing 15.5 cm tall and 11.5 cm broad, this statue of Shakyamuni Buddha with Halo symbolizes the historical Buddha who became enlightened beneath the Bodhi tree. This statue, which is made of a copper body and exquisitely plated in gold, radiates a calm aura that is perfect for any religious environment. Shakyamuni's head is framed by an elaborate halo representing his awakened understanding and radiating compassion, which transmits light to all living things.

The position symbolizes the moment of his enlightenment, with one hand in the Bhumisparsha mudra, touching the earth and the other resting in meditation with an alms bowl. It weighs 0.70 kg and is balanced for application in a meditation room, altar, or shrine. From the lotus pedestal to the flame-like halo, every curve and detail evokes reverence and attention, making it an ideal present for Buddhist art collectors or spiritual practitioners.

Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king by the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
