About Our Statue:

This Namtoshe statue, measuring 13 cm in height and 10.5 cm in breadth, is handcrafted from oxidized copper and plated with a silver finish. This holy figurine, weighing 0.47 kg, portrays the magnificent aura of Namtoshe, one of the Four Heavenly Kings and the heavenly guardian of the north in Buddhist cosmology. This statue is often placed on altars or in meditation spaces to invoke protection, material, or spiritual prosperity.

Namtoshe is depicted sitting on a roaring lion, which rests on a lotus. He is shown holding a triumph banner in his right hand and a wish-granting jewel for a mongoose in his left, establishing him as the wealthy deity. In honor of the Five Transcendental Buddhas, he dons a crown with five prongs. In addition to sporting jewelry, he is dressed in a long, flowing scarf. For individuals seeking both material and spiritual wealth, this exquisitely sculpted statue is not only a magnificent work of art but also a potent symbol of spiritual protection and growth.

Introduction to Namtoshe Statue:

Namtoshe or Vaishravana, the Lord of Wealth, is the Buddhist equivalent of Kubera, the Brahmanical deity of wealth. He also rules over the realm of riches. He is depicted seated on a lotus seat. He has two hands, one holding a lemon and the other holding a jewel-spitting mongoose, establishing him as the wealth deity.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
• Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
