Our thangka is a handpainted Tibetan art done using traditional methods. It is a unique piece created using genuine 24K gold and natural stone colors.
Introduction to Mandala Painting
Mantras fall under the Buddhist category of dharani. A group of syllables are recited in order to help both the speaker and all other sentient beings. Mantra means "mind" and "tra" means "to guard" or "to shield the mind." Buddhists use mantras, which are spoken formulations, to guard against distraction and unwholesomeness.
Mantras can also be categorized as memory-enhancing, protective, wise, and healing. Mantras can also be consumed for therapeutic and mental health purposes. The mantras are frequently manufactured using wood block print stamps or occasionally by hand writing them on rice paper or extremely thin edible Tibetan paper with consumable dye or ink.
