About Our Product
This Divine Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is crafted from a copper body with 24K gold plating and detailed acrylic coloring, giving it a warm and sacred presence for a Buddhist altar, meditation room, or spiritual home decor. The golden face, peaceful eyes, and richly painted robe create a calm expression that reflects wisdom, compassion, and inner balance. The statue measures 20cm in height and weighs 1.16kg, making it a meaningful piece for personal practice, shrine display, or as a thoughtful Buddhist gift.
Shakyamuni Buddha is shown seated in meditation on a lotus base, a symbol of purity and spiritual awakening. His right hand touches the earth in the Bhumisparsha Mudra, representing the moment of enlightenment when he called the earth to witness his awakening. His left hand rests gently in his lap, holding an alms bowl, which represents simplicity, discipline, and the path of mindful living. These sacred symbols make this gold plated Buddha statue a beautiful reminder of peace, patience, and the journey toward enlightenment.
The design features fine robe patterns, a raised ushnisha, soft facial painting, and lotus petal motifs around the base. The red and gold tones bring depth to the statue while keeping the overall look peaceful and devotional. Whether placed on a home altar, meditation table, yoga space, or Buddhist shrine, this Shakyamuni Buddha sculpture supports reflection, prayer, and daily mindfulness. It carries the spiritual meaning of awakened wisdom and encourages a calm heart, clear mind, and compassionate way of living.
Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king in accordance with the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune in order to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside of Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
