About Our Product
This Buddha on Throne Statue is a finely detailed representation of the Enlightened Buddha, created in a copper body with electro gold plating. Measuring 15.5 cm in height, 10.5 cm in length, and 10.5 cm in width, and weighing 0.86 kg, the statue is designed for altar placement, meditation spaces, and spiritual home decor. The seated posture on a decorated throne enhances its sacred presence, making it suitable for both devotional practice and interior display.
The Buddha is depicted in a calm meditative expression, seated in a stable posture on a lotus-inspired throne with intricate detailing. His right hand is raised in Abhaya Mudra, symbolizing protection, fearlessness, and reassurance. His left hand rests in Apana Mudra, representing grounding energy and the removal of negativity and inner imbalance. The detailed halo, throne carvings, and ornamental backdrop highlight traditional Himalayan craftsmanship and reinforce the visual focus on enlightenment and inner stability.
This statue is associated with peace, protection, and meditative awareness in Buddhist practice. It is commonly placed in home altars, meditation rooms, yoga spaces, and spiritual collections to support mindfulness and mental clarity. The presence of the Buddha serves as a reminder of fearlessness, balance, and the path toward awakened consciousness.
Introduction of Buddha
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king following the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. At about 29, he learned of the immense suffering of others. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
