108 Vajrasattva Thangka Print, Tibetan Vajrayana Painting, Thangka Print
108 Vajrasattva Thangka, Tibetan Thangka Print
Original Size of Thangka ( 20 x 30 inches )
This special thangka print of 108 Vajrasattva was created at the request of Penor Rinpoche’s devoted lay disciple, Mr. Dorje Thubrig. While the original thangka was rendered in full multi-color, this version is done in the refined black and gold Nakthang style, known for its elegance and depth.
At the center, Vajrasattva is depicted in serene meditation, holding a vajra in his right hand at chest level, symbolizing compassion, and a bell in his left hand at the level of his hip, representing wisdom. He sits with legs crossed upon a moon disc resting on a lotus seat, signifying his presence in the impure world of samsara while remaining unstained by its faults. The thangka print has been carefully created in strict accordance with traditional Buddhist texts and iconographic details, ensuring it holds all the correct attributes for authentic Vajrasattva meditation and visualization practice. This print serves not only as a sacred representation of Vajrasattva but also as a powerful support for purification and spiritual realization.
