About Our Product
This Sacred Crown Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is crafted from copper and beautifully adorned with turquoise and coral gemstones, creating a sacred Buddhist altar statue with a refined Himalayan presence. Measuring 21 cm high, 15 cm long, and 10.5 cm wide, and weighing 1.36 kg, it is ideal for meditation spaces, home shrines, spiritual decor, and meaningful Buddhist gift giving.
The crowned Buddha sits in padmasana upon a lotus throne, symbolizing purity, steady concentration, and the path toward enlightenment. His jeweled crown represents transcendent spiritual kingship and awakened wisdom, while the serene face, meditative eyes, urna, and graceful ornaments reflect compassion, peace, and sacred awareness. The robe, turquoise detailing, coral accents, and lotus base highlight traditional craftsmanship with rich devotional meaning.
This gemstone Buddha statue also carries classic Shakyamuni iconography through the earth touching gesture, recalling the moment of enlightenment beneath the Bodhi tree. The left hand rests in meditation, representing mindfulness, renunciation, and inner balance. Placed on an altar, shrine, or meditation corner, it invites calm energy, spiritual clarity, and a deeper connection to the Buddha’s teachings.
Introduction of Crown Shakyamuni Buddha
Siddhartha Gautama, born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom, was raised as a king according to his royal father's wishes. Around age 29, he became aware of the immense suffering experienced by people. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of this anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and intense concentration, he finally achieved his objective, attaining nirvana and becoming a Buddha. He then taught that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India, in Sarnath (Benares).
