About Our Bishnu Statue:
Oxidized Copper Vishnu Statue is a finely handcrafted representation of Lord Vishnu, the preserver and protector of the universe in Hindu tradition. Crafted from an oxidized copper body, this statue features a rich, antique finish that enhances its sacred presence and highlights the depth of traditional metal artistry. Its balanced proportions and compact form make it ideal for home temples, meditation spaces, office altars, or spiritual decor settings.
The design portrays Lord Vishnu in a serene and composed posture, symbolizing cosmic order, protection, and balance. Traditional details such as the calm facial expression, graceful stance, and subtle ornamentation reflect divine authority and compassion. The oxidized surface accentuates engraved motifs and gives the statue a timeless, devotional character often associated with classical Hindu ritual art.
Perfect for devotees, collectors, and admirers of Hindu religious statues, this handcrafted Vishnu statue serves as a powerful spiritual focal point. It is well-suited for daily पूजा (puja), meditation, or as a meaningful decor accent that represents peace, preservation, and divine harmony. This statue also makes a thoughtful spiritual gift for festivals, housewarmings, and religious occasions.
Introduction to Bishnu
Vishnu is one of the principal deities in Hinduism and is considered the preserver of the universe. According to Hindu mythology, Vishnu is part of the Trimurti, which also includes Brahma (the creator) and Shiva (the destroyer). Vishnu is often depicted as having four arms and holding various objects, such as a conch shell, a mace, and a discus. He is usually portrayed as having a peaceful and benevolent nature and is associated with the qualities of protection, preservation, and harmony. In Hinduism, Vishnu has many avatars or incarnations, including Lord Rama and Lord Krishna, who are revered as important figures in their own right.
How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
- Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
- Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
- Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
- Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
